Chenice Brown, a proud native of Richmond, VA, is the founder of JustC Nonprofit ,a grassroots movement rooted in Opportunity, Culture, and Community. Since 2019, she’s been on a mission to transform lives and uplift the very neighborhoods that raised her. Through youth-centered initiatives like “Look a Here”, JustC opens doors for young people to experience new opportunities, discover their purpose, and see beyond their circumstances. The organization also leads vital work in violence prevention, youth empowerment, and community healing. Under Chenice’s leadership, JustC isn’t just changing lives ,  it’s shifting mindsets, restoring hope, and building a new legacy of strength, unity, and opportunity across Richmond.
